Designed Around Privacy, Dignity, and Operational Trust

Care environments require observational systems that balance safety with dignity. Our deployment models are designed from the ground up around the specific privacy requirements of residential care settings.

We work directly with facility operators and technical stakeholders to ensure deployment architectures align with operational, regulatory, and cultural requirements.

Privacy architecture is not a feature — it is a foundational requirement of every deployment we undertake.

Infrastructure-Level Access Control

Observational data is accessible only through authenticated, role-based access pathways. System administrators define access tiers aligned with operational roles — clinical staff, supervisors, administrators, and technical personnel each operate within defined visibility boundaries.

Role-Based Visibility

Individual caregivers access only the observational data relevant to their assigned residents and shifts. Administrative personnel access aggregate operational reports. No single role has unrestricted access to all environmental data.

Configurable Data Retention

Facilities define retention periods aligned with their operational, regulatory, and insurance requirements. Default configurations follow standard care facility retention guidelines. Custom retention policies are available for facilities with specific compliance requirements.

Privacy-Aware Monitoring Zones

Monitoring coverage is configured to exclude private resident spaces by default. Bathroom and changing areas are excluded from observational coverage. Zone configurations are documented and reviewed with facility operators during deployment.

Optional On-Premise Processing

For facilities requiring complete data residency, fully on-premise inference and storage configurations are available. No video data or inference results leave the facility network in on-premise deployment models.

Designed for Regulated Care Environments

Deployment architectures are reviewed against applicable regulatory frameworks including HIPAA, state-level long-term care regulations, and facility-specific compliance requirements. We do not provide legal compliance certification — we provide technical architectures designed to support compliance review.

Facilities are encouraged to involve their legal and compliance teams in deployment architecture review. We provide full technical documentation to support that process.
